Import from Excel

Importing Products

1. Go to Products > Manage Products

2. Click Bulk Import Product (the upload arrow)

To make this painless, we provide a spreadsheet template.

1. Download the template

2. Copy in your product info

3. Fill the required fields (like SKU and Product Name)

Now bring it into Eagle:

1. Click Select Product File

2. Choose your file

3. Click Upload

Nice! Take a quick look at your product list and confirm everything came in the way you expected.

Importing Customers

1. Go to Customers > Manage Customers

2. Click Import Customers

3. Download the customer template and fill it in

4. Click Upload, then review the preview before confirming

Once the import finishes, scan your customer list to make sure it looks right.

Importing Vendors

1. Go to Vendors > Manage Vendors

2. Click Bulk Import Vendors

3. Download the vendor template, fill it in, then Upload

After import, your vendor list should populate and you’re ready to start purchasing.
